**Key Responsibilities****Customer Service & Sales Support*** Manage incoming phone calls and provide prompt, professional assistance to customers and internal teams.
* Support counter sales as required, ensuring a positive customer experience.
**Warehouse Coordination*** Coordinate day‐to‐day warehouse operations to maintain an efficient workflow.
* Manage stock movements, including receiving, dispatching, and inventory accuracy.
* Assemble braking kits and associated products to required standards.




* Ensure all assembled items meet quality and safety requirements.
* Assist with general warehouse tasks to support operational needs.
* Ensuring warehouse is maintained in a clean and tidy manner with the TES guidelines.
**About You*** Forklift and driver's licences **essential*** Previous warehouse/storeperson experience.
* Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines.
* Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
* Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Attention to detail and a high level of reliability.
* Mechanical aptitude and enjoys hands-on work.
* Basic computer skills for inventory.
