This role offers the chance to lead strategic procurement initiatives across three major regions (APAC, EMEA and AMER) while driving exceptional vendor management and compliance standards.As a trusted advisor to both the Client and JLL leadership, you will oversee a comprehensive procurement portfolio including strategic sourcing, vendor performance and contract governance and compliance oversight.Reporting to the Head of Sourcing, the role will be managing both direct and indirect reports across the regions.
You will be based at the JLL Sydney CBD office.Please note - this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute annual Procurement Strategy and category plans for high-value categories across all regions, aligned with Atlassian's OKRs and budget frameworksLead strategic sourcing initiatives including market analysis, supplier negotiations, tendering processes, and contract negotiations to deliver optimal outcomesOversee vendor performance management programs including quarterly scorecards, KPI tracking, and strategic supplier review meetings with regional teamsManage contract governance through centralized visibility of supplier contracts, compliance monitoring, and resolution of escalated vendor issuesDirect compliance oversight activities including annual vendor audits, insurance renewals, modern slavery reporting,
