About the organisation:
Our client is an established Victorian public sector organisation delivering essential services to a diverse inner‐Melbourne community. Its Digital and Technology Services team runs a broad portfolio of enterprise applications, on premises and in the cloud, with a strong focus on service quality and continuous improvement.
About the role:
Reporting to the Application Operations Lead, you will keep core business systems stable, secure and improving during a period of leave. You will own complex incidents, work with vendors and managed service providers on upgrades and fixes, and leave behind clear documentation and a well‐supported user base.
Duties:
Administer and support ERP, CRM, payroll, HR and integrated systems
Resolve production incidents and lead root cause analysis
Manage vendors and service providers through upgrades and fixes




Maintain user access, licences, certificates and SSO/MFA
Document the knowledge base and train end users
Skills and experience:
Senior application support and administration of core business systems
Strong SQL on Oracle and MS SQL Server
ITIL incident, problem and change management in practice
PowerShell or Python scripting; integration troubleshooting
TechnologyOne, Oracle CRM or local government exposure highly regarded
