What You'll Be Doing
Advising on all aspects of employment law, including employment contracts, policy reviews, and workplace change
Representing clients in Fair Work Commission and industrial tribunal matters
Partnering with clients across federal, state, and local government bodies as well as national employers




Working across front-end advisory and back-end litigation
Contributing to a team that values your voice and supports your growth
What You'll Bring
3+ years of post-admission experience in employment or industrial relations law
Confidence across both advisory and litigation work
Experience acting for government and/or private sector clients (or a genuine interest to develop in both)
A practical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle priorities across multiple matters
Passion for workplace law and building a career with purpose
