As Senior Legal Adviser, Corporate & Commercial, you will advise the department on complex legal matters.
Key responsibilities
You will work across a broad practice covering commercial, regulatory and contentious legal work.
provide transparent and authoritative legal advice on complex government matters.
lead complex and sensitive commercial and regulatory matters with little supervision.
advise on procurement, ICT, employment, OHS, investigations, inquiries, FOI and privacy matters.
