Teladoc Health in Australia invites an experienced registered cardiac nurse to support our Heart Coach virtual service for members across Australia and Current Zealand. Work from home with flexible hours and clinical autonomy in a busy global virtual health environment.

You will educate patients about cardiovascular health, embed behavior change, deliver patient-centered care, address issues, and ensure seamless transitions from hospital discharge into the program.
