Integral Diagnostics (IDX Group) is seeking a friendly Casual Medical Receptionist to join our front desk teams at Gladstone Hospital and our private clinic on Dawson Road.
You will be the first point of contact for patients accessing imaging services across X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI and Interventional Procedures.
You will manage bookings, payments, and referrals, work closely with wards and the clinical team, and contribute to a patient-centred experience.
