We're currently seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader (Workshop Controller) to oversee operations at our Balcatta Service Centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Senior Technician or experienced Team Leader/Workshop Controller looking for a fresh challenge.
Take the lead in a modern, fully equipped workshop and guide a skilled, supportive team to success.
What will you be doing?
Lead and mentor a team of Automotive Technicians and Apprentices
Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure KPIs are met
Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold RAC's quality standards
Coordinate workflow and ensure compliance with safety procedures
Liaise with members, suppliers, and internal teams to support service excellence
What are we looking for?
Qualified Automotive Technician
Licensing: C-Class Driver's Licence and Motor Vehicle Repairer's Licence
Technical Skills: Comprehensive background in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
Leadership Abilities: Proven capacity to motivate, coach and mentor a diverse team
Organisational Strength: Capable of prioritising tasks, managing workload and resolving challenges in a fast-paced environment
