Job Title:
Senior Business Analyst | Agile Digital Projects
Work across complex ICT and digital projects as a Senior Business Analyst, leading business analysis, stakeholder engagement, process modelling and requirements development in an Agile delivery workplace.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid - remote working may be considered case-by-case, subject to business needs and negotiated parameters.
Contract Duration:
12 months, with possible 2 x 12-month extensions

Essential Tasks:
Analyse and model current and future business processes, information flows and user pathways.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and translate business needs into fit-for-purpose technical and functional requirements.
Develop business requirements, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria and service design artefacts.




Evaluate solution options and support requirements delivery across complex Agile ICT projects.
Key Criteria:
Experience facilitating workshops and translating complex business and user needs into clear technical specifications.
Strong experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria for developers and testers.
Experience delivering complex digital projects in an Agile environment and managing interdependencies.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation skills; Azure DevOps and Microsoft technology experience is advantageous.
