About the Role
In this role you will be the face of our brand!
You'll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.
What you'll do
Interact with our customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand
Completing rental transactions, contracts and bookings
Cleaning the interior and exterior of our vehicles according to company standards
Inspecting vehicles for any damages that occurred during the previous rentals
What We're Looking For:
A full and valid Australian driver's licence
Availability to work a set Part-Time roster (25hrs per week)
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
