Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking Mental Health Clinicians to deliver timely, recovery-focused care across Western Sydney.
The role involves intake, risk assessment, crisis intervention and care coordination within the Access and Assessment team from Parramatta Acute Care.
You'll work with nurses, allied health and other services to support consumers and families, participating in clinical reviews and MDT planning on a rotating roster.
