Palms Aged Care Service in Ingham, North Queensland, is looking for an experienced RN to provide clinical leadership across our 50-bed residential aged care service.
This is an opportunity to take the next step in your career while working alongside an experienced Service Manager and supportive Seniors Living leadership team.
Importantly, this is a Monday to Friday role with no on-call requirement.

About the role
As Care Manager, you will provide clinical leadership across Palms, supporting:
High-quality, person-centred resident care
Clinical governance, compliance and continuous improvement
Care planning and clinical oversight
AN-ACC and clinical documentation
Mentoring and supporting the nursing and care team
Positive outcomes for residents, families and the broader service
About you
You'll bring:
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
Valid Australian working rights




Hold a current National Police Check (or ability to acquire)
Strong communication, clinical assessment and decision‐making skills
Experience mentoring, leading or supporting other nurses
A commitment to quality, compliance and person‐centred care
Confidence to step into a broader clinical leadership role
Residential aged care experience is highly regarded, but we're open to experienced acute‐care nurses with strong leadership capability
