#### Barista / Cafe ManagerNSW - Sydney CBDFull Time#### Job descriptionWe are looking for an experienced Full-Time Barista / Café Manager to join our café located near Town Hall in Sydney CBD.We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, reliable, responsible, and confident working in a busy café environment.Our café goes through approximately 5kg of coffee on weekdays and 7kg on weekends, with around 4–5 staff working together during busy periods.We do not operate a full hot kitchen, however we prepare a selection of sandwiches, bagels and other light food items.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you:Have full legal working rights and are able to work full-time in AustraliaAre available for approximately 40 hours per week (±5 hours)Have at least 2 years of barista/café experience in AustraliaHave previous café or hospitality management experienceAre confident with tasks such as rostering, ordering,



stock management and general café operationsCan communicate confidently in English and naturally engage in conversation with customersAre friendly, approachable and able to build good relationships with both customers and team membersHave a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a teamAre reliable, responsible and comfortable commuting to Sydney CBDAll employment and wages are paid through the payroll system in accordance with Australian employment requirements.
We do not offer cash-in-hand employment.Pay will be negotiated based on experience and ability following an interview and trial.We are looking for someone who is not only confident making great coffee, but who can also build solid relationships with our customers, support the team and take genuine responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the café.
