About the roleHeidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders across our Southern Region (VIC/TAS) and Alex Fraser Group (VIC/QLD), delivering strategic people solutions that enable protected, sustainable and high‐performing teams.This is a highly influential role that sits on the HR Leadership team and Regional Leadership team providing expert advice across workforce strategy, employee relations, talent, capability and major change initiatives while also supporting complex operational environments with large blue‐collar workforces.
The role also has 1 direct report.Key responsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to regional and frontline leadersTranslate business priorities into effective people and workforce strategiesLead and advise on complex employee relations, performance and investigation mattersSupport workforce planning, remuneration reviews and engagement initiativesDrive talent, succession, leadership and capability development activitiesLead people aspects of major change programs and organisational designProvide workforce insights and data‐driven recommendations to leadersLead and develop People & Culture advisory capability within the regionAbout youYou are a confident senior HR business partner with strong commercial judgement,
