We design and deliver high-quality standard and custom-built rural, commercial and industrial sheds and garages to customers across NSW.We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Shed Manager to take ownership of our Tamworth branch.This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety.
You'll manage customer relationships, drive shed sales, coordinate orders and projects, and keep the day-to-day branch operations running smoothly.
You'll work closely with customers, suppliers and our team at Metroll to make sure every project is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.A fully maintained company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone will be provided.About the roleYou'll take ownership of the branch from initial customer enquiry through to order and delivery.
You'll build strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities and make sure projects stay on track.Key responsibilities include:Drive shed sales and manage customer enquiries and orders from start to finishConduct customer visits and site meetings across the regionPrepare accurate quotes and process orders efficientlyBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliersLiaise with suppliers regarding pricing, stock and supply timelinesManage banking, invoicing and assist with debt collectionMaintain accurate stock records,



spreadsheets and filing systemsCoordinate day-to-day branch operations and administrationWork closely with Metroll to coordinate supply and project requirementsIdentify opportunities to grow the branch and strengthen the local customer baseAbout youYou'll be a confident and organised operator who enjoys dealing with customers, solving problems and taking ownership.You'll ideally bring:Proven experience in sales, customer service or branch managementStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent organisation and attention to detailStrong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to salesGood working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and WordAccounts, invoicing or bookkeeping experienceStrong IT skills, with Pronto experience highly regardedExperience in the building, steel or construction industry highly regardedCAD drawing experience will be an advantageThe ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesMost importantly, you'll be practical, reliable and customer-focused.
