You will:Manage and mentor kitchen teams while maintaining a customer‐focused, safe, and welcoming environmentBalance hands‐on Chef duties with planning, administration, and stakeholder engagementDrive team performance and uphold Sodexo's high food safety and quality standardsFoster a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to all policies and proceduresThis is a role for someone who enjoys accountability, variety, and the chance to influence both people and food outcomes.QualificationsYou are a confident leader who thrives in high‐volume, fast‐paced environments.
