Seers Digital is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Brisbane team and work on large-scale, complex digital and technology initiatives with major enterprise and government clients.This role is suited to a senior BA who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments — someone who can step into a problem that isn't yet clearly defined, ask the right questions, challenge assumptions and bring structure and clarity to the way forward.You'll work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to understand the real problems they are trying to solve, translate those needs into clear and practical requirements, and support delivery teams in building solutions that create measurable business value.What You'll DoLead end-to-end business analysis across complex IT and digital projectsLead discovery and requirements elicitation where business needs, objectives or future-state outcomes are not yet clearly definedFacilitate workshops with senior business and technical stakeholdersChallenge assumptions and help ensure proposed solutions address the underlying business problemNavigate complex stakeholder environments and build alignment across competing priorities and viewpointsDefine and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process models and future-state processesPartner with project managers, developers, architects, testers and vendors to maintain alignment across scope, requirements and outcomesIdentify risks, gaps, dependencies and impacts and support delivery teams with mitigation planningSupport client‐facing workshops, presentations and project activitiesContribute to continuous improvement across BA practices and delivery processesWhat You'll Bring10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst across IT,



digital or technology transformation projectsDemonstrated experience leading discovery and requirements elicitation in complex or evolving environmentsStrong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructivelyExcellent workshop facilitation and consensus‐building capabilityStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working across Agile, Waterfall and/or hybrid delivery environmentsFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence and MiroStrong analytical, critical‐thinking and problem‐solving capabilityThe confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a broader delivery teamNice to HaveConsulting or professional services experienceGovernment or large enterprise project experienceExperience within asset-intensive industries such as transport, utilities, infrastructure, local government or resourcesExperience contributing to major digital transformation or technology programsWhy Seers Digital?
