The role will support strategic sourcing, category management, supplier negotiations, and transformation initiatives for global clients across industries.As part of the consulting team, you will drive measurable business impact through cost optimization, supplier performance improvement, process transformation,



and stakeholder engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategic sourcing and category management engagements across Capex, Construction, FFE, Food, and Indirect categoriesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to client business objectivesManage end-to-end sourcing activities including RFx, negotiations, supplier selection, contracting, and supplier managementPartner with client stakeholders to identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunitiesDeliver procurement transformation and process improvement initiativesManage multiple client engagements while ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfactionAnalyze spend data and market intelligence to develop fact-based recommendationsPresent sourcing strategies, project outcomes, and executive updates to senior stakeholdersMentor and guide junior team members while contributing to practice development and business growthDesired Experience & SkillsExperience in procurement consulting within a consulting firm or a mix of consulting and industry experienceStrong category expertise in Capex & Construction Procurement, FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), Food & Ingredients and Indirect ProcurementStrong sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder management capabilitiesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skillsAbility to manage complex, fast-paced consulting engagementsExposure to procurement transformation and cost optimization initiativesStrong client-facing and relationship management experienceBachelor's degree required; MBA preferredPreferredExperience working with global clients and cross-functional teamsKnowledge of procurement technologies and sourcing toolsExposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six SigmaFlexibility to travel based on business requirements
