About the RoleReporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Assistant will play a hands-on role supporting the planning and delivery of social media posts, marketing, branding and communications activities across the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to gain broad experience across digital, content and event-based marketing in a growing national organisation.Position Description & Role Requirements
Assist in the development and scheduling of social media content across company platforms
Support the creation of marketing materials, including flyers, presentations and digital assets
Help coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
Assist with maintaining and updating website content as required
Assist with email marketing and newsletter production
Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities
Provide general administrative support to the marketing function




Experience & CertificationsCurrent Drivers Licence·2+ years of applicable marketing and/or content experience (is desirable)
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or working towards one)
Confident using Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Familiarity with design and content tools
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Open to obtaining a Security Licence in the future
