Reporting to the Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will lead and coach a team of Relationship Managers (Corporate Partnerships), ensuring activity is focused on achieving ambitious financial and non-financial targets aligned with our national fundraising strategy.This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished fundraiser and people leader to combine hands‐on relationship management with team leadership, driving acquisition, growth and retention across a portfolio of major corporate partners.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach and develop a team of Corporate Partnership Relationship Managers across VIC, TAS, SA, NT and WADrive a high-performance culture focused on income growth, pipeline development and supporter retentionSet clear KPIs and provide regular coaching, portfolio reviews and performance oversightDevelop and implement strategic account plans using Moves Management methodologiesIdentify, cultivate, negotiate and secure significant corporate partnerships and giftsBuild strong relationships with corporate leaders and represent The Salvation Army at strategic engagementsPartner with internal stakeholders to maximise funding opportunities and deliver transformational impactEnsure solid CRM discipline, governance, compliance and fundraising best practiceAbout You:Relevant qualifications and/or substantial experience in fundraising,
