Working across technically complex industrial and commercial projects, you will coordinate the design process from client brief through to detailed design and construction documentation.Using Revit and Navisworks, you will develop practical design solutions, produce accurate drawing packages and coordinate inputs from internal teams, external consultants and subcontractors.
You will help ensure each design meets project requirements, construction standards and Wiley's expectations for quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate designs from initial concept through to construction documentationDevelop detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using RevitReview and coordinate multidisciplinary models using NavisworksIdentify and resolve design clashes, risks and constructability issuesManage design inputs from clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teamsEnsure documentation complies with project requirements, the Building Code of Australia, Australian Standards and relevant regulationsMaintain accurate design documentation,



registers and approval processesSupport tender submissions, proposals and other business development activitiesAbout YouAt least five years of relevant design or documentation experienceAdvanced Revit capability, which is essential for this positionExperience using Navisworks for design coordination and model reviewExperience in industrial, food manufacturing or commercial building designA strong understanding of construction methods, detailing and buildabilityKnowledge of the Building Code of Australia, Australian Standards and relevant regulationsStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities and produce accurate documentationBIM management and MS Project experience will be highly regardedWhy Join Wiley?
