As our Production Planner (Chilled & Frozen), you'll play a critical role in balancing demand, inventory and production across our chilled and frozen network.
Based at our Ermington manufacturing site, you'll work closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to ensure products are available when and where they're needed.
Reporting to the National Supply Planning Manager (Chilled & Frozen), you'll help develop and execute short-term supply plans, manage risk and contribute to the efficient operation of a national manufacturing network.
Purpose of the Role
Create and maintain short‐term production plans across chilled and frozen sitesFacilitate weekly planning meetings and align production schedules with operational requirementsMonitor inventory levels while achieving customer service targetsIdentify and manage supply risks, constraints and forecast variancesCoordinate with Customer Service,



Logistics and Operations teams to ensure seamless supplySupport NPD launches and product transitionsDrive process improvements and contribute to supply chain projectsBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes
About You
You are an analytical and commercially minded supply chain professional who enjoys solving problems, working cross‐functionally and operating in a fast‐paced environment.
You'll Bring
Experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics or Supply Chain AnalyticsIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical and problem‐solving capabilityExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working with SAP or another ERP systemContinuous improvement mindset and ability to identify process efficienciesFMCG experience highly regardedTertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Planning or a related discipline (desirable)
