This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 5+ location Area Manager who is keen to progress in their retail career into an elevated Area Manager role.You will work closely with the State Manager on driving high performing and successful people, store performance, and operations initiatives.This opportunity will also include involvement in local community activations, partnering with sporting events and managing relationships with health care professionals we work with.This is not your typical retail role; we offer a lot of networking included "outside the four walls" of the stores to drive brand growth.As Area Manager, You'llEnsuring efficient operation of stores to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPI's, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkageMotivating your Store Manager's to achieve optimal results in KPI's & added value targets across storesClosely monitoring store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets - acknowledging outstanding results and identify any areas of missed opportunityEffectively manage wage costs to weekly wage targets,
