Senior Test Analysts- 3 PositionsLocation: Brisbane, HybridDuration: Early October **** and run through to the end of January ****.KJR is seeking 3 experienced Senior Test Analysts to support a complex healthcare technology and application migration program in Brisbane.We are looking for experienced testers with a strong background in healthcare IT, ideally across hospital, Patient Administration System (PAS) or Electronic Health Record (EHR) environments.Key Skills & ExperienceStrong healthcare IT testing experience, preferably within hospital, PAS or EHR environmentsProven experience across System Testing, Integration Testing, Data Migration Testing and Regression TestingStrong understanding of end-to-end healthcare business and technical workflowsKnowledge of HL7 messaging, interfaces and healthcare integration layersSQL/database querying experience for data validation and reconciliationExperience validating data across source and target systemsAbility to analyse interface failures and identify data discrepanciesStrong defect investigation and triage experienceExperience developing test scenarios/cases, executing tests, documenting evidence and contributing to test reportingAbility to work effectively with business SMEs, clinical stakeholders and technical/integration teamsWe are recruiting across three workstreams:Patient SystemsExperience testing Patient Administration Systems (PAS) or similar healthcare platformsUnderstanding of patient search, registration, admission, transfer, discharge and demographic workflowsExperience validating patient identifiers and migrated patient informationUnderstanding of HL7-based patient information flowsClinical SystemsExperience testing clinical applications/EHR systemsStrong understanding of clinical workflows and movement of patient information between systemsExperience validating clinical data migration and healthcare interfacesAbility to troubleshoot integration and data issues across clinical systemsCorporate & Prosthesis SystemsExperience testing corporate and/or healthcare operational applicationsExperience across finance, reporting, shared-drive/document or prosthesis-related systems highly regardedStrong system, integration and data migration testing experience across multiple applicationsWhy Join KJR?
