An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a leading Sydney-based mechanical contractor delivering high-quality commercial HVAC projects across the Sydney market.You'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of refurb and fit-out projects up to circa $2.5M, working closely with clients, consultants, builders, subcontractors and internal delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and to a high standard.This is a hands-on project management role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and understands what it takes to successfully deliver mechanical services projectsAs a HVAC Project Manager you will be:Taking full responsibility for project programs, budgets, quality, safety and client outcomesLeading projects valued up to $2.5MCoordinating with builders,



consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractorsManaging procurement, subcontractor engagement and project resourcesReviewing drawings, specifications, scope and project documentationMonitoring project financial performance, forecasting and cost controlLeading project meetings and provide explicit reporting to stakeholdersWorking closely with site teams, engineers and supervisors to ensure smooth deliveryFor this role salary is circa $*******K plus vehicle and super.
