We are rapidly building a reputation for growth and success based on an exceptional YES WE CAN customer service offering and quality products in the highly competitive market.About The RoleAs the Regional Medical Operations Manager reporting into the National Operations Manager, you will coordinate and supervise all regional operations in Home Healthcare.This role ensures Home Healthcare/ Medical Gas operations are in full compliance with both internal and external regulations and safety requirements and are structured to provide continuity to customers in a cost effective, safe and productive manner.Specifically, you willImplement, schedule, prioritise and maintain Home Healthcare operations conducted by Supagas employees, Agents or contractors to meet contractual obligations according to internal procedures.Participate in Regional or National operational projects and initiatives as a member of the medical project team (where relevant) and take responsibility for the implementation at a local level (e.g. medical systems upgrades)Ensures that assets used in Home Healthcare operations are maintained according to internal procedures and accounted for.
This includes the responsibility for ensuring scheduled and corrective maintenance is performed as pre-defined schedules in a timely manner, particularly regarding home healthcare equipment.Assist with the development, review, and update of Safety Cases, Licence applications, HSEQ management plans, environment plans,



and associated regulatory submissionsResponsible for the efficient and cost-effective implementation of Home Healthcare operations at a Regional levelAct as a backup medical Driver when all alternative options have been exhaustedResponsible for medical stock management and stocktaking within the regionEnsures Home Healthcare / Medical Gas customers are properly trained to use Supagas products and equipment safely.
