Are you a caring health Manager looking for a change to community-based care?
We seek a Branch Manager to join Complete Care Team based at our Toowoomba office in southern Queensland
Tertiary qualifications in health and/or management and/or human services or other relevant field preferred, and/or extensive experience relevant to managing community-based disability services.
The Toowoomba Branch Manager is responsible for managing a team of staff across Toowoomba and Warwick offices, supporting people with a disability; overseeing and ensuring high-quality care for all Clients and following the strategic plans and goals set by the Management Team.
The role works as part of the multidisciplinary CCT Management Team for governance and quality improvement; reports to the Queensland State Manager; and is supported with governance, clinical, administration and financial management.
The Branch Manager must be able to oversee quality client services for the Toowoomba Branch involving compliance with Standards and ensuring financial effectiveness.
The role involves managing all departments in the Toowoomba and Warwick offices.
Leadership and guidance with complex operational issues is important.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Tertiary qualifications in health and/or management and/or human services or other relevant field preferred, and/or extensive experience relevant to managing community-based disability services.
Demonstrated ability to manage the delivery of person-centred services and exceed quality service expectations.




Demonstrated experience working with, and/or knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks including industry Standards and WHS
Demonstrated experience in applying human resource management strategies.
Ability to implement change and improvements to work practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
Robust leadership skills and demonstrated experience in managing a team consistent with CCT values:

Demonstrated ability to support and mentor attendant care workers and nursing staff.
This includes assessing the competence of attendant care workers and nurses including the reporting of progress / issues and delivering timely and accurate feedback.
Proven expertise and knowledge in the assessment, treatment and evaluation of clients, using evidence-based practice, relevant to home-based care
Demonstrated ability to consult, negotiate and collaborate with internal and external key stakeholders, clients and colleagues within the multidisciplinary environment to cultivate productive working relationships and to support best health outcomes for clients
Available for recall after-hours for emergencies
Driver's license and access to a vehicle
This role has been identified as a risk assessed role and as such a Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check are required for the successful applicant.
