This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the design and delivery of projects across a range of sectors—residential, cultural, commercial, and civic—while being part of a supportive and future-focused studio environment.What You'll DoLead architectural projects from concept design through to construction completionCoordinate internal teams, consultants, and client stakeholdersEnsure design intent is maintained throughout all phases of the projectManage project programs, budgets, and deliverables with care and clarityContribute to documentation, QA processes, and delivery excellenceMentor and support junior team members and promote a culture of learningContribute to broader studio improvement, systems, and project strategyWhat You'll Bring8+ years' experience in architectural practice,



with proven project leadershipRegistration as an Architect in Australia (or on the pathway to registration)Strong design and technical skills across documentation and project deliveryProficiency in Revit (essential), with capability in Adobe Creative Suite and other design toolsExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesA calm, considered, and solutions-focused approach to leading teams and solving problemsA passion for inclusive, high-quality design and a collaborative studio environmentWhy FK?
