This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to make a genuine impact while partnering closely with operational and business leaders.The RoleAs the HR Manager, you will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle and act as the key HR point of contact across the organisation.
Working closely with leadership, you will balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations, helping to foster a positive culture, support leaders and drive best-practice people processes.Key Responsibilities:Act as the standalone HR lead, providing end-to-end HR support across the businessPartner with leaders on employee relations, performance management and workforce planningManage recruitment, onboarding and talent development initiativesReview and improve HR policies, procedures and people processesDrive employee engagement,
