Sydney CBD's largest outdoor terrace is entering an exciting new chapter, and we're looking for someone who can lead from the floor and bring the Cabana Time energy to every guest, every shift.This is a floor-focused leadership role, with minimal administrative responsibility.
The focus is on being visible, engaging with guests, coaching the team, and maximising every service opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Floor LeadershipLead the floor during service and set the standard for warm, confident hospitalityWelcome guests, manage the flow of the terrace and ensure every table feels personally looked afterBuild relationships with regulars and create memorable experiences that keep guests coming backResolve guest concerns quickly and professionallyMaintain the energy, pace and atmosphere of the venue throughout serviceDrive revenue through genuine, knowledgeable and confident serviceLead the team in upselling cocktails, premium drinks, food and additional experiencesIdentify opportunities to increase spend through recommendations and guest engagementMonitor table spend,
