contractors across Ballarat and Western Victoria, managing a solid pipeline of major infrastructure, renewable energy, mining and transport projects, making it one of the most diverse and exciting growth regions in the state on major builds across the region.
This role is all about
coordination, influence and keeping projects running smoothly by ensuring
equipment, schedules, safety requirements and customer needs all line up.What You'll DoManage
day-to-day project requirements and on-site coordinationPlan
and forecast equipment needs for large, fast-moving projectsGuide,
support and delegate across multiple stakeholders to keep operations
flowingBuild
strong working relationships with customers and suppliersPrepare
project reports, monitor financial performance and support continuous

safety documentation and organise deliveries, subcontractors and
schedulingTravel
to regional or remote sites as requiredAbout youYou're someone who thrives in complex environments, stays
calm under pressure, and has a solid track record working in project or
site-based roles.Proven
experience in a project,



site or operations role within construction,
infrastructure or related fieldsStrong
influencing skills — able to coordinate people and tasks without formally
