Project Manager - Infrastructure & Facilities Location: Parkes, ACT Contract: Initial Contract to 30th Jun**** (possible extension options available for the right candidate, pending budget decisions as always) Pay: $90 - $120 p/h including super (negotiable) Work type: Full-time Work arrangement: Hybrid, with specific arrangements agreed with your supervisor on a case-by-case basis Clearance: Must hold a current Baseline clearance or above About the Role This is a client-side project management role with our Federal Government client.
You will lead complex building, construction, infrastructure and facilities works in a public-facing operational environment.
You will manage projects from planning and scope development through procurement, contract administration and delivery.
You will own budgets, risks, project controls, contractor performance and stakeholder coordination while keeping safety, quality and value for money in focus.
What You'll Be Doing Lead complex building and infrastructure capital projects from planning through delivery Develop project plans and manage budgets, project controls, risks and quality Lead Commonwealth procurement, tender documentation and evaluation processes Administer contracts and service agreements and address contractor performance Work with operational teams, technical specialists, consultants and contractors Supervise project delivery,
