Acting as the bridge between business strategy and technology execution, you will identify high-value opportunities to improve business performance through AI and digital solutions, drive adoption across teams, and help shape the future of work within the organisation.
This is a highly visible role that combines strategy, transformation, stakeholder engagement, digital innovation, and change leadership.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Eaton's ANZ AI and digital enablement strategyBuild and manage a roadmap of digital initiatives and AI use cases aligned to business prioritiesIdentify opportunities to embed AI and digital capabilities into core business processesDrive measurable business value through technology-enabled solutionsPartner with business leaders to understand challenges and opportunitiesIdentify, assess, and prioritise high-impact AI and digital use casesTranslate business requirements into practical and scalable solutionsAct as the key link between business stakeholders and technology teamsDrive the rollout and embedding of AI and digital solutions within business teamsEstablish governance frameworks for prioritisation and deliveryAbout you5+ years' experience in digital transformation,
