This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, established real estate agency as an Assistant Property Manager, working alongside experienced Property Managers across a well-managed residential portfolio.Perfect for someone with some real estate experience who is ready to learn, develop and progress into managing their own portfolio.The RoleWorking closely with the Property Management team, you'll gain exposure across the full property management cycle while providing day-to-day support across the portfolio.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with the management of a residential portfolioConducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspectionsCoordinating repairs and maintenanceFollowing up rental arrearsProviding exceptional customer service to landlords and tenantsGeneral property management administration and team supportAbout You:We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely interested in building a long-term career in Property Management.Ideally, you'll have:Previous experience within real estate,



leasing or property managementA current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate LicenceA driver's licence and reliable carStrong administration and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationConfidence dealing with landlords, tenants and tradesA positive attitude and willingness to learnStrong attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesWhy You'll Love It: This isn't a role where you'll be left to figure everything out yourself.
