You'll have the opportunity to work with AI-driven technology, support automation initiatives, contribute to strategic projects and gain exposure across risk, compliance and broader business operations.This is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and wants to move beyond a traditional transactional finance role.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & ReportingSupport monthly financial reporting and management informationAssist with forecasting,



budgeting and cash flow managementMonitor the organisation's cash position and provide relevant insightsAssist with business performance reporting and financial analysisPrepare accurate financial and settlement reportsSupport senior leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and reportingCash Management & ReconciliationOversee key cash collection and reconciliation processesMonitor payments and investigate discrepancies or outstanding balancesIdentify trends and root causes behind financial discrepanciesEnsure records and reporting remain accurate and well documentedWork with external stakeholders to resolve queries and payment issuesProcess Improvement & AutomationIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalabilityWork with internal technology/development teams to enhance existing AI-driven processesHelp reduce manual intervention through automation and workflow improvementsReview and improve existing processes as the business growsDocument procedures and establish best-practice processesOperations & Strategic ProjectsSupport the COO with broader operational and strategic initiativesGain exposure to risk and compliance activitiesWork collaboratively across different areas of the businessProvide analytical and operational support on projects and new initiativesTake ownership of projects designed to improve the overall effectiveness of the businessAbout YouYou're a proactive, analytical and commercially minded skilled who enjoys taking ownership and figuring out how things can be done better.You may come from a finance, operations, accounting, insurance or corporate environment.




What matters most is that you're comfortable working with numbers and data, can communicate confidently with stakeholders and are excited by the opportunity to take on a broad role within a growing business.You'll ideally bring:2–5 years' experience across finance, finance operations, accounting, analysis, reconciliations, insurance operations or a similar environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and numerical accuracyIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfidence engaging with internal and external stakeholdersA proactive, hands-on approach and genuine sense of ownershipThe ability to work autonomously and manage competing prioritiesAn interest in technology, AI, automation and process improvementInsurance experience is not essential.
