/nAbout the Role /n

/n

As a Service Concierge at Wollongong Mazda, you will be the face & voice of our Service Department, ensuring every customer who walks through our doors receives outstanding care. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

/n

- Provide outstanding customer service, by meeting and greeting customers on their arrival.

/n
/n

- Directing customers for vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts enquiries.

/n
/n

- Addressing customer enquiries; offering assistance or directing them as needed in a professional manner

/n
/n

- Liaising with Service Advisors and workshop staff to ensure customer needs and expectations are communicated effectively.

/n

- Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all customers.

/n

/n
