Join a large federal government technology program delivering enhancements and support for a business-critical enterprise platform used nationally. You'll work within a collaborative delivery team focused on modernising and maintaining complex systems that support high-volume operational services.

Your new role

As a Siebel Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in the design, development, integration and ongoing improvement of enterprise applications. Working alongside Solution Architects, Project Managers, Developers and Operations teams, you'll contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from technical design and development through to testing, deployment and production support.

Key responsibilities include:

- Designing and developing Siebel solutions aligned to business and technical requirements
- Building and maintaining system integrations using workflows, business services, integration objects, XML and web services
- Producing technical documentation, solution designs and unit test artefacts
- Supporting testing activities and resolving defects during implementation and warranty phase
- Participating in Agile delivery ceremonies and collaborating with technical and business stakeholder
- Providing technical guidance, peer reviews and knowledge transfer activities

What you'll need to succeed





We're looking to speak with experienced Siebel professionals who bring strong technical capability across enterprise application development and integration.

You'll ideally have:

- Extensive experience developing solutions within Siebel environments

- Experience designing and delivering end-to-end integration solutions

- Strong understanding of Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)

- Experience producing technical design documentation and test artefacts

- Robust troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience working within complex enterprise or government environments

Highly regarded experience includes:

- Siebel IP20+ and Workspaces

- Open UI

- EIM and data migration

- BIP reporting

- SARM/FDR analysis and advanced debugging

- Oracle SQL Developer, SOAP UI, Splunk

- CI/CD tooling such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins
