We are seeking Casual Rental Sales Officers to join our Western Sydney Airport team . The position will be part of a rotating roster, that includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply!

About the role

/n

Primary responsibilities include:

/n

/n

- Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter

/n

- Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries

/n

- Checking of vehicles prior to and on return of rentals

/n

- Cross-sales

/n

- Preparing and cleaning the inside and outside of our vehicles

/n

/n

About You

/n

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive and professional attitude and will have the following skills and attributes:

- Adaptive verbal and written communication

/n

- Outstanding Customer Service

- Ability to identify customer needs and make sales

/n

- Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software

/n

- Strong attention to detail

- Organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting

- Flexibility with willingness to learn and adapt

- Ability to follow process, procedures and maintain documentation
