Job Description

Infinite Care seeks a Duty Shift Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at Southhaven Care Home in Padstow Heights, NSW. The role supports the leadership team, oversees shift operations, and ensures high standards of patient care and customer service.

Ideal candidates have an operations or hospitality leadership background, with a focus on excellence, staff mentoring, and solid communication skills. Weekend shifts and some weekdays are required.
