/nThe successful applicants will:/n
/n
/n•Experience or a passion for menu creation./n
/n•Work and operate a kitchen on your own during your shift/n
/n•Support breakfast, all-day dining, and/or light evening service depending on shift./n
/n•Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service./n
/n•Maintain the portioning food levels./n
/n•Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus./n
/n•Ensure food is prepared and presented to high standards./n
/n•Follow all food safety and hygiene standards./n
/n•Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils./n
/n•Assist Head chef with inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen organization./n
/n•Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff./n
/n•Regulating temperature for different cooking equipment(grill/oven)./n

/nPosition-Full Time (38hours/week)/n
/nSalary-$75,000 to $80,000 a year plus Super/n
/nExperience – Minimum 1-2 years/n
/nQualification -Cert 3 in commercial Cookery or equivalent/n
/nPreference will be given to Australian Citizens/PR/n
