Job Description What you'll be doing: Responsibilities /n

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced assistant financial controller to join the team on a fixed term 9-month contract. Responsibilities will include:

/n

/n

- Supervising the Finance team in daily operations

/n

- Supporting with Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cashiering.

/n

- Developing and monitoring all financial systems

/n

- Improve systems and processes to enhance each department’s profitability.

/n

- Maintaining internal controls, credit limits and compliance

/n

- Preparing accurate and timely monthly accounts

/n

- Assist with completing monthly financial statements

/n

- Providing financial advice and support to management

/n

Qualifications What you'll bring to the role: /n

/n





- Previous experience as an AFC/Senior Accountant

/n

- Proven ability to train and develop team members

/n

- Ability to effectively time manage large volume work load

/n

- Able to maintain calm composure while working under tight deadlines

/n

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills

/n

- High level of interpersonal & communication skills

/n

- Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable, however not essential)
