We are looking for an experienced Supervisor with a passion for events who is ready to elevate their career, take ownership and lead exceptional guest experiences from the moment the lift doors open.

/n

As a Sky Point Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role across our Food & Beverage operation, with a strong focus on Events while supporting other areas of the business as required. From cocktail functions and special celebrations to high-volume service, you will lead with purpose, set the standard and make sure every event runs seamlessly.

/n

You will work closely with our leadership team to drive service standards, develop our people and create a positive, high-performing environment where both our guests and team have a great experience.

Your New Day-to-day Will Look Like This /n

/n

- Lead from the floor, providing hands‑on leadership, coaching and support to our frontline teams.

/n

- Oversee the delivery of events, ensuring food, beverage, service and venue presentation come together seamlessly.

/n

- Drive exceptional guest experiences while supporting sales and operational targets.

/n

- Coach, develop and provide on‑the‑job guidance to team members, including managing performance and workplace expectations.

/n

- Identify opportunities to improve the way we work and help bring new ideas and initiatives to life.

/n

- Support recruitment, rostering, inventory control and departmental procedures.

/n

- Manage staffing levels, labour budgets and daily operational costs.

/n

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, HACCP compliance and venue presentation.

/n

What You Will Bring /n

You are a confident and motivated hospitality leader who enjoys being amongst the action.



You know how to bring a team together, communicate expectations clearly and keep things moving when the pressure is on.

You Will Also Bring /n

/n

- 2–4 years’ leadership experience within high-volume hospitality, events or customer service.

/n

- Strong experience leading, coaching and developing frontline teams.

/n

- Confidence managing challenging conversations, conflict resolution and performance matters.

/n

- A genuine passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.

/n

- Experience working with wage targets, COGS, sales initiatives and stock control.

/n

- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), with experience across bar, food or guest-facing operations.

/n

- Confidence using POS systems and managing cash‑handling processes.

/n

- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

/n

- An RMLV Certificate and Liquor Approved Manager accreditation will be highly regarded.

/n
