We are seekingan innovative and passionate Cook to assist with delivering a memorable experienceby creating a place to savour for our guests and establish The Langham, Gold Coast as a dining institution.

Key Responsibilities /n

Our Cook will be driven to work alongside highly skilled chefs, refining your technique as well as contributing to a world-class guest experience.

- Prepare, cook and present high qualitya la carte dishes to five-star standards

/n





- Work collaboratively within a friendly, rapid paced, professional kitchen environment

/n

- Support senior Chefs in daily kitchenoperations and service delivery

/n

- Maintain consistency, presentation andflavour across all dishes

/n

- Adhere to strict food safety, hygiene,and workplace health and safety standards

/n

About You /n

Key attributes we are looking for include:

- Sound knowledge of the latest trends inthe Industry

/n

- Passion for service excellence andproviding superior hospitality experience

/n

- Proven ability to work in a highpressure and fast-paced environment

/n

- Creative with an eye for detail and a flairfor presentation

/n

- Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills

/n

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen

/n

- Undertaking technical education inhospitality or culinary school

/n
