Join a friendly and caring Perioperative Team at a leading private day hospital in Sydney as a Registered Nurse - Scrub/Scout. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to work within a supportive theatre environment alongside a dedicated and highly skilled clinical team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering evidence-based nursing care;
- Liaising with the multidisciplinary team;
- Ensuring patient and staff safety.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Minimum 2 years of scrub/scout perioperative experience in the areas of Ophthalmology, Maxillofacial, Orthopaedics, Plastics & Reconstructive, Pain Management;
- Highly developed verbal, written and interpersonal skills;
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement;
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team;
- Working with Children's Check and Police Check;
- COVID vaccination and immunisation history as per Category A Healthcare worker.
REMUNERATION
$42 - $52 per hour
