Essential criteria

/n

1. At least 5 years experience within Salesforce eco-system.

/n

1. Experience/Exposure with Salesforce Industries including Omni Studio.

/n

1. Exposure to OOPs and Apex (Triggers, Controller, Classes) for debugging and managing minor enhancements.

/n

1. Hands on experience with version control, branching and metadata deployments.

/n

1. Certified Salesforce Admin ADM201 or ADM211 & Platform App Builder.

/n

Desirable criteria

/n

1. Demonstrable experience providing technical support for Experience Cloud.

/n

1. Exposure to HTML, CSS and Java Script is added advantage.

/n

1. Platform Developer 1 Certification or Vlocity Certification will be a standout.

/n

1. Comfortable with current ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
