Role Title: Rehabilitation Consultant
/n Location: Canberra, ACT

/n Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30-5:00pm permanent full time role

About the Role /n

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll support injured workers throughout their recovery journey, helping them achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

/n

/n

- Conduct workplace assessments to identify barriers and develop tailored return-to-work plans

/n

- Build solid relationships with clients, employers, insurers and medical professionals to drive positive outcomes

/n

- Deliver workplace interventions and suitable duties programs that support recovery and successful return-to-work outcomes

/n

- Monitor client progress, provide recommendations and prepare high-quality reports to support sustainable recovery outcomes

/n

The requirements: /n

/n

- Tertiary Qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology

/n

- Registered with ASORC, AASW or AHPRA

/n

- Full Australian working rights + Australian Driver’s Licence

/n
