1300SMILES Upper Ross is looking for a friendly, reliable Casual Receptionist to join our front desk team.

/n

We're looking for someone with a strong customer service or reception background , excellent attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

/n

This is a casual role with flexible availability required Monday to Saturday, between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Hours will vary from week to week depending on the needs of the practice, with the opportunity to work approximately 20-38 hours in most weeks.

Job Description /n

As our Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important role in keeping the practice running smoothly.

/n

Your day-to-day will include:

/n

/n

- Welcoming patients and creating a warm, qualified first impression

/n

- Managing appointment bookings and coordinating the daily schedule

/n

- Answering phone enquiries and assisting patients with their questions

/n

- Processing payments and handling general reception administration

/n

- Keeping patient records and information accurate and up to date

/n

- Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks when needed

/n

- Keeping the reception area organised and welcoming

/n

Qualifications /n

To succeed in this role, you will:

/n

- Have previous customer service or reception experience

/n

- Be confident communicating with a wide range of people

/n

- Have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

/n

- Be able to multitask and stay calm when things get busy

/n

- Be reliable,



positive and willing to learn

/n

/n

Previous dental reception or administration experience is advantageous, but not essential , as full training will be provided.
