Job Description

Norton Gold Fields Limited in Western Australia is seeking a Shot Crew Operator to safely execute blast operations, support the Shotfirer, and manage explosives and magazine records to meet production targets.

Key duties include marking blast patterns, measuring blast holes, priming and loading explosives, and aligning all work with safety, regulatory and company standards to ensure controlled detonations and quality outcomes.
