Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL) operates its 100% owned high-grade Bellevue gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has a long mine life and is forecast to produce ~150,000 Au ounces a year.

Underground mining has occurred since late 2020 to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks production with exploration in progress to expand the current high-grade resource.

The Bellevue Gold Mine is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold, lithium and nickel producing district. The Company has a highly skilled management team with a track record of exploration success and operating major gold mines.

Bellevue Gold has achieved its ambitious goal of net zero greenhouse gas emissions for the Bellevue Gold Project. This milestone has been underpinned by a sector-leading renewable energy power station, designed to deliver approximately 80-90% renewable energy penetration and support Bellevue’s position as a low-carbon gold producer.

The focus of this role is to understand the geological properties of Bellevue Gold Mine and to provide effective geological information, interpretation and advice while leading the UG Mine Geologists.

This position is offered on a full-time basis, working 12 hours per day on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster at our Bellevue Gold Project outside of Leinster WA.

/n

Your main duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

/n

/n

- Provide supervision and safety leadership to the geological team (geologists, field assistants, consultants and contractors)

/n

- Drive ongoing development of mine geological models and interpretations to enable efficient recovery of the ore body.

/n

- Governance of mine production and reconciliation systems.

/n

- Governance of geological data collection through drilling and mapping systems.

/n

- Assist in Grade Control estimation processes.

/n

- Identify business improvement opportunities to add value to Bellevue Gold Operations.

/n

- Coaching/mentoring of junior geologists and technician team.

/n

- Supervise the monitoring of QA/QC procedures, lab reporting and maintenance of project datasets to an acceptable standard.

/n

- Engage key stakeholders in underground and open pit operations to ensure operational excellence.

/n

- Contractor management of underground drill company, ensuring delivery of business requirements and the protected production.

/n

- Prepare and present regular reports documenting mine production,



reconciliation performance, and drill results.

/n

- Identify growth opportunities and design drill programs for execution.

/n

Key Skills/Qualifications/Experience/Competencies:

/n

/n

- Tertiary Qualification in geology

/n

- 5 + years' experience in a similar role

/n

- Completed the Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate

/n

- Understanding of general mining operations

/n

- Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety requirements

/n

- Gold experience highly desirable

/n

- Well-developed communication and literacy skills

/n

- Ability to work autonomously with well-developed time management skills

/n

- Proficient in technical writing, reporting and communicating of technical data to the relevant Government authorities and investors/shareholders as required

/n

- Demonstrated leadership skills; inclusive of training and retention of technical and field staff and consultant

/n
