Store Manager - Apparel – Belconnen
Join an established retailer in the sporting apparel and accessories space, where great product, knowledgeable service and strong store culture matter. Taking ownership of the Belconnen store, you'll lead from the floor, develop your team and drive commercial performance while creating the kind of experience customers want to return to.

You're a hands-on and experienced retail leader who knows that great results start with excellent people. Commercially switched on and comfortable with KPIs, you'll enjoy coaching a team, connecting with customers and keeping a store running well. Experience in sporting, fashion, footwear or lifestyle retail is all desirable, but strong leadership, attitude and brand energy are what really count.

Responsibilities will include:

- Own day-to-day store operations, sales and overall performance
- Lead, coach and motivate a customer-focused retail team
- Drive KPIs and turn sales opportunities into strong results
- Manage stock, rostering, VM and operational standards
- Create a store experience that brings customers back





Successful applicants will have:

- Proven leadership experience within a retail environment
- Strong sales, KPI and commercial performance experience
- A natural ability to coach, motivate and get the best from people
- Confident communication and a genuine customer-first approach
- Sport, fashion, footwear or lifestyle experience highly regarded
